**Roles and Responsibilties**:

- **Design and Develop**: Craft responsive, engaging user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms that align with the company’s brand identity and user needs.
- **User Research**: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and implement data-driven design improvements.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**1. Design Principles**: Deep understanding of core design fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, typography, layout systems, spacing, and consistency, to create intuitive and visually balanced user interfaces.
**3. Additional Design Tools**: Experience with **Computer-Aided Design (CAD)** for digital product visualization.
**4. Proficiency in Design Tools**: Expertise in **Adobe Creative Suite (Xd, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma,** and other UI/UX tools.
**5.** **User Research & Testing**: Strong skills in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
**6. Interaction Design**: Ability to create engaging interactive prototypes that enhance user engagement.
**7.** **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively across teams.
**8. Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, supported by a portfolio that exhibits a diverse range of user-focused design work.
