**Job Title**: PCB Assembler

**Job Location**: Hyderabad

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) following engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering operations.
- Install components on PCBs, ensuring proper orientation and placement.
- Use PCB assembly tools and equipment such as soldering irons, reflow ovens, and pick-and-place machines.
- Inspect finished PCBs for any defects or imperfections, including visual inspection and testing.
- Perform functional tests on assembled PCBs to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document work performed, including any deviations from the assembly procedure.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Adhere to company quality control standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and identify problems with PCB assemblies and work to resolve them.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or training in electronics or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a PCB Assembler or similar role in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes, including SMT and through-hole soldering.
- Familiarity with PCB assembly equipment (soldering irons, reflow ovens, pick-and-place machines).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with automated assembly equipment.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies).
- Basic understanding of electrical testing and diagnostics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
