We are looking for experienced and dedicated teachers to join our academic team. As a Teacher at Sourav Sir’s Classes, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, guiding students through challenging concepts, and helping them prepare for competitive exams and academic courses. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development**:

- Design, plan, and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ individual learning needs.
- Update and revise curriculum based on the latest examination patterns and syllabus changes.
- **Classroom Teaching & Online Sessions**:

- Use a blend of modern teaching tools and traditional methods to enhance student engagement.
- **Concept Explanation & Student Support**:

- Simplify complex concepts and ensure students have a clear understanding of fundamental and advanced topics.
- Provide extra guidance, doubt-clearing sessions, and individual mentorship when required.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Create, administer, and evaluate tests, assignments, and mock exams.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students to track and improve their performance.
- **Classroom Management & Student Engagement**:

- Maintain discipline, manage student queries, and encourage active participation in class.
- Build a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
- **Use of Technology & Learning Tools**:

- Leverage digital tools and software for online classes, screen sharing, and video tutorials.
- Stay updated on modern e-learning platforms to enhance teaching methods.
- **Student Performance Monitoring**:

- Track individual student progress and offer personalized support for improvement.
- Identify weak areas and provide additional resources, mock tests, and revision sessions.
- **Coordination with Management**:

- Collaborate with the academic management team to align teaching strategies with company goals.
- Attend staff meetings, teacher training, and professional development programs.
- **Resource Development**:

- Develop course notes, reference materials, and supplementary content for students.
- Contribute to the creation of online content, quizzes, and practice materials for students' self-study.
- **Communication & Parent Interaction**:

- Maintain transparent and regular communication with parents (if applicable) on student progress.
- Provide academic guidance to help students make informed choices about courses and career paths.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Teaching certifications (B.Ed, M.Ed) are an added advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a coaching institute, school, or online education platform.
- Prior experience in training students for WBCS, SSC, Banking, or similar exams is highly preferred.
- **Subject Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of exam patterns, question trends, and scoring techniques.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi to communicate effectively with students of diverse backgrounds.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver concepts clearly and confidently.
- Ability to create an engaging classroom environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with online teaching tools, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), and learning management systems (LMS).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address student doubts and academic challenges.
