**Job Description - Vice President (VP) Sales**

**Position**: Vice President - Sales
**Industry**: F&B / Restaurant / Café
**Experience**: 10+ years (Must be from F&B, Restaurant, or Café background)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost outlet revenue and overall business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Drive sales upliftment through targeted promotions, upselling, and innovative campaigns.
- Strengthen franchise relationships and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute brand-building activities.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all outlets.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
