CNC Operator

**Job Title: CNC Operator**

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machinery to create precision parts and components. Your primary duties will involve setting up, programming, and monitoring CNC machines to ensure accurate production according to specifications.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and instructions.

2. Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.

3. Program CNC machines using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.

4. Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, tooling, etc.) as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.

5. Monitor the machining process and make adjustments to maintain tolerances and quality standards.

6. Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements.

7. Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks.

8. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

9. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to optimize production processes.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or ITI, Diploma

2. Previous experience operating CNC machines is preferred but not required (training may be provided).

3. Familiarity with CNC programming and CAM software is a plus.

4. Basic understanding of machining principles and metalworking techniques.

5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, etc.

7. Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
