Tool Maker (Plastic Injection Molds)

**Education**:NTTF/ GTTC/ CIPET - Diploma / PD with at least min 3 years experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make the precision tools that are used in manufacturing to create products and parts.
- Should have good knowledge on Tool Room Processes.
- Should have hands on experience on molds assembly, trials & part approvals from customer.
- Should be able guide & train a tool room team.
- Good Knowledge in Conventional and CNC machining.
- Good Knowledge & handling Measuring Instruments.
- Knowledge & Hands on experience in attending Mold trial and trial corrections.
- Hot runner assembly knowledge is an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Mold preventive and breakdown maintenance.

**Skills Needed**:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design schematics.
- Extensive experience with metalworking tools including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate large machinery.
- Experience with quality control analysis.
- Good hand-to-eye co-ordination.
- Attention to detailing.
- Analytical Skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge on AutoCAD & Solid work designing software.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
