The Logistics Executive is responsible for managing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient order processing, tracking, fulfillment, and inventory management. This role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting customer communication.

**Requirements Skills and Qualification**:

- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders and verify compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and update the status of orders throughout the supply chain, providing regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment, overseeing preparation and shipment of orders.
- Serve as the primary contact for order-related inquiries, maintaining proactive and effective communication with customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, utilizing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Arrange and coordinate the pick-up of goods from suppliers, scheduling transportation for outbound shipments to customers.
- Use tracking systems to monitor the location and status of shipments, resolving any issues or delays.
- Develop and execute a cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Obtain and evaluate freight quotes from forwarders, negotiating rates and terms to ensure cost-effective shipping options.
- Manage sample shipments to customers by courier, ensuring samples are prepared and shipped according to specifications and timelines.
