**Principal Responsibilities**

**Impact on the Business / Function**
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed by the vendor within the time frame
- By continuous review of workflow and identify areas for process improvement.
- Monitoring vendor performance
- Participate in new process /Projects from time to time

**Customers / Stakeholders**
- By providing meaningful MI to the business and suggestions to new business origination and servicing.
- By vigilant monitoring of any frauds and high-risk trends in business organizations.
- By supporting new product rollouts or process changes proactively.

**Leadership & Teamwork**
- By conducting regular staff meetings.
- Ensuring Job rotation.
- Regular coach, manage and review poor performance.
- Sharing of Best Practices with other departments.
- Review the team’s daily, weekly, monthly activities are performed accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure functioning with proper back-up for the activities performed by the team

**Operational Effectiveness & Control**
- Achieve satisfactory audit ratings with no repeat recommendations from Group Audit.
- No adverse findings from external auditors or any compliance review.
- All adhoc process changes and modifications to be initialed and filed in the DIMs. To ensure that there are no instances of any compromise in basic internal controls as prescribed by the Bank
- Maintain HSBC Global standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring and raise for suspicious activity if any.

Requirements
- Graduate with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of operational experience in handling vendors.
- Knowledege and understanding of credit card functionalities. Require atleast four year of experience in credit card related maintenance & team management. Should also be proficent in word,excel & powerpoint.
