**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in school hostel working with students in a residential setting, such as a hostel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mathura, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mathura, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
