Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to customers.
- Provide accurate information about product features, prices, and benefits.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
- Identify and qualify sales leads.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Record customer information and details of each interaction in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills may be a plus).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
