**Job Title**: Junior Accountant
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant (B.Com/M.Com Fresher) to join our accounting team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting senior accountants in various financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Day-to-day bookkeeping**: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journal entries.
- **Invoice Management**: Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices and payment receipts.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process incoming payments, track outstanding bills, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- **Reconciliation**: Assist in bank and financial reconciliation tasks.
- **Tax Compliance**: Support with GST and other tax-related documentation and filings.
- **Data Entry**: Accurate entry of financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- **Assist in Financial Reporting**: Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- **Assist in Audit Preparation**: Help in preparing documents for internal and external audits.
- **Other Ad-hoc tasks**: Assist senior accountants with any ad-hoc finance-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- B.Com or M.Com (Fresher) in Accounting or Finance.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
