**Responsibilities**:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Prepare and maintain essential documents, including invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, inventory, and quantity records.
- **Inventory and Coordination**:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inventory, purchase, and sales data.
- Coordinate with the transport team to ensure smooth daily dispatch activities.
- **Accounting and Finance**:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Record daily financial transactions and update the company’s accounting software (TALLY ERP).
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
- **General Office Support**:
- Assist management with routine office duties.
- Handle other tasks as assigned to support smooth operations.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong command of **English** (written and spoken).
- Excellent computer skills, including **MS Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in **TALLY ERP** and thorough understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with internet-based tools and resources.
- Previous experience in administrative roles (preferably in the chemical trading or similar industry).
