**Job Title: Quality Supervisor/Quality Analyst**

**Job Summary**

As a **Quality Supervisor/Quality Analyst**, you will play a key role in ensuring that products meet all relevant **quality benchmarks**, **regulatory standards**, and **customer expectations**. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory stakeholders to embed compliance and quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure products comply with **local and national regulatory requirements** (e.g., safety and environmental standards).
- Stay current on evolving regulations and industry best practices affecting product compliance.

**Quality Assurance**
- Develop and maintain **quality assurance processes** to uphold product standards.
- Conduct **audits, inspections**, and **quality assessments**.
- Create test protocols based on **defined specs** aligned with **quality and safety standards**.

**Documentation Management**
- Maintain detailed documentation of **testing results**, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
- Experience or exposure to **artwork approvals and documentation control** is a plus.
- Prepare regular **compliance reports** for internal stakeholders.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with teams including **Sourcing, Product Management, Marketing, Vendors, and Sellers**.
- Integrate compliance and quality standards into product development and vendor operations.
- Provide **training and guidance** on compliance processes when needed.

**Risk Management**
- Identify and assess risks related to product compliance and quality.
- Conduct investigations on **non-conformances** and implement **corrective actions**.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Drive ongoing enhancements to compliance processes and quality systems.
- Analyze data and product feedback to identify **trends and areas for improvement**.

**Experience**:

- 3-6 years of experience in **product compliance**, **quality assurance**, or similar roles.
- Experience within industries such as **FMCG, lab testing, inspections, or consulting** is preferred.

**Knowledge**:

- Understanding of regulatory frameworks like **Legal Metrology**, **BIS**, and applicable industry standards.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent **analytical** and **problem-solving** capabilities.
- Strong **attention to detail** and organizational skills.
- Effective **interpersonal and communication** abilities.
- Proficiency in **quality management systems/software** and documentation tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in **Quality Management** (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
- Experience working with **metal products** is a strong plus.
