FP&A Associate
We're looking for a highly analytical, detail-driven Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to strengthen our finance team. You’ll play a pivotal role in forecasting, budgeting, and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze performance trends, variances, and business drivers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect inputs and enhance financial insights
- Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management dashboards
- Develop ad-hoc analyses to guide investment decisions, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives
- Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of FP&A, investment banking, or finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial tools (e.g. Vareto)
- Strong financial modeling and business analysis expertise
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
