Raksha Hospitality, with 30+ years in catering and events, is looking for an **experienced Gujarati Maharaj** for our **bulk kitchen operations**.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Gujarati cuisine (dal, shaak, farsan, sweets, thali items) in bulk.
- Ensure authentic taste, portion control, and consistency.
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Gujarati catering/bulk kitchens.
- Expertise in traditional Gujarati cooking.
- Strong leadership in bulk food preparation.

**2. JD - Store Manager (Bulk Kitchen)**

**Job Title**: Store Manager - Bulk Kitchen
**Location**: Mumbai
**Reports To**: Operations Head

Job Summary

Manages kitchen inventory, stock control, vendor coordination, and ensures smooth supply of raw materials for bulk kitchen operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchase requisitions.
- Implement FIFO system and prevent wastage.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and audit standards.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in store management.
- Knowledge of bulk kitchen inventory management.
- Strong organizational and vendor management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
