**Job Title: Digital Media Intern**

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

**Job Description**:
As a Digital Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital media initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Management:

- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms using scheduling tools.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategies.

2. Content Creation:

- Generate creative ideas for social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing social media performance and provide insights for optimization.

4. Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.
- Manage orders and website related tasks.
- Assist in coordinating, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed accurately.
- Manage logistics of our orders and be connected with our shipping partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Strong passion for digital media and social networking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva is required.

(Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies is desirable.
