**Field Officer Duties**:
Maintain and improve quality of customer service by managing and developing relationships with customers
Provide assistance with insurance related matters, including claims handling, service, and policy questions
Assist in business development by counseling customers on coverage options
Solicit new business and maintain existing customer relationships
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
Prepare correspondence and reports
Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and vendors

**Field Officer Responsibilities**:
Oversee all aspects of field operations, including onsite installations, lifecycle support, and inventory control
Develop standard procedures for collecting and recording field data, maintaining detailed records of all inventory and assets, and assuring delivery schedules are met
Assist in strategic growth, business development, and monitoring market needs and trends for new products
Develop, maintain, and update functional policies and procedures to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost effective operation
Develop, implement, and maintain budgets
Develop and maintain excellent relations with partners, vendors, and customers
Oversee all project preparation, material preparation and installation, and jobsite safety
Coordinate onsite installation activities with installation teams and subcontractors
Oversee all field activities, from installation to end of lifecycle support
Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, assuring working environment is maintained at acceptable levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
