**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Business Development**:
- Identify potential customers in industries such as chemicals manufacturing, HVAC, power generation, and refineries that require water treatment chemicals.
- Approach new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Conduct client presentations, explaining product benefits and providing customised solutions for their water treatment challenges.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their water treatment programs, receiving feedback, and resolving concerns.
- **Market Research**:
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive.
- Suggest improvements and product innovations based on customer feedback and market demands.
**Service Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:
- Conduct site visits to perform detailed assessments of customer water treatment systems, including boilers, cooling towers, and RO systems.
- Analyse water chemistry, performance metrics, and system efficiency to recommend adjustments or corrective actions.
- Recommend and monitor the appropriate dosage of chemicals such as corrosion inhibitors, biocides, antiscalants, and pH adjusters to ensure optimal system performance.
- **On-Site Training**:
- Provide hands-on training to customers and their technical teams on how to manage and maintain their water treatment systems.
- Educate clients on safety procedures, proper chemical handling, and dosing equipment maintenance.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Regularly check system parameters (pH, conductivity, scaling, corrosion potential) and analyse lab results to ensure compliance with customer expectations.
- Generate and deliver detailed service reports, outlining system performance, chemical consumption, and recommendations for improvement.
- **Troubleshooting & Emergency Support**:
- Address emergency issues related to system failures or inefficiencies, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime and prevent equipment damage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
