**Job Title**:Tele Marketing Executive**

**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Tele Marketing Executive** to join our team. The role involves reaching out to existing customers to gather feedback, introducing new Aquarius machine models, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Feedback**:

- Contact existing customers to collect feedback on current Aquarius machines.
- Document responses, concerns, and suggestions accurately.
- **Product Introduction**:

- Inform customers about new Aquarius machine models and features.
- Address inquiries and promote the benefits of new models.
- Identify potential interest and arrange follow-up actions.
- **Data Management**:

- Update and maintain records in Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports summarizing feedback and customer interest.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years.
- **Certifications**: Proficiency in MS Office / MSCIT.

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ability to explain machine features and benefits clearly.
- **Data Management**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accurate documentation and analysis of customer feedback.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adjust to customer needs and process updates.
- **Sales Acumen**: Basic understanding of sales techniques and lead identification.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with team members and departments.

**Work Environment**:

- **Location**: Head Office.
- **CTC**: Up to **₹2 LPA** based on experience.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bhopal District, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
