**About the Role**

We are looking for a Brand Identity Designer who understands Brand Strategy, USP, and Brand Personality. You will work closely with the Marketing Co-leads and Founders. You are vocal to share your ideas about what you think might be best, yet you are still open to learning and feedback. You are the expert, yet a team player and willing to take ownership of your assigned tasks.

**Location**: Hybrid (Remote+Delhi)

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years

**Responsibilities**
- Moodboard Creation (colors and fonts)
- Logo Design
- Brand Guidelines with brand patterns, stationery, and icon
- Deck Design
- Branded Social Media Template

**Requirements**:

- You understand Brand Strategy or have a background.
- You design to connect with the target market and stand out from the competitors.
- You are able to create new brand identities, yet still relevant and distinct to the target markets.
- You use Adobe Creative Clouds apps.
- Should be available during calls/huddles.
- Preferably have a background/experience in working with startups.
- Startup Enthusiast is Big Plus.
