**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements
- Form sound professional relationships with client staff
- Respond to clients in an efficient and professional way
- Respond to clients promptly
- Identify client issues, convey these and client requests to senior staff promptly and accurately
- Implement/utilize technical standards to the highest standards
- Understand the entity and the industry in which it operates to develop expectations of its financial performance
- Ensure the client provides key information. This is achieved by adopting a logical, coherent and consistent approach to addressing work issues and developing and evaluating options in response to all issues and suggests solutions
- Produce good clear first drafts of correspondence and reports
- Analysis of financial statement of the entity and peer companies
- Carry out the audit procedures in accordance with the Generally Accepted Auditing Standards under Indian GAAP/ Ind AS
- Preparation of Audit Reports & LR’s
- Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Statements and Accounting Ratios
- Analyze Profit reconciliation between Indian GAAP / Ind AS
- Verify the compliance of GAAP and other statutes for accounting as well as disclosure requirements, including encouraging/advising management to adopt the best practices for Financial Reporting
- Evaluate the financial results of the Company vis-a-vis initially developed expectations and industry perspective
- Group reporting as per standards for the companies
- Indian GAAP reporting audit
- Manage your time effectively and ensure that project work is completed on time.
- Provide high-quality work promptly, contributing to the successful completion of client work
- Adhere to defined procedures (e.g. in carrying out audit work)
- Ensure all work is completed to the standards required by senior staff and clients

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- **Mainly Statutory Audit exposure**

**Essential Knowledge and Skills**
- Tally ERP 9
- Advanced concepts in Account/ Audit/ Tax
- Microsoft Office (preferably Excel knowledge)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Leadership skills
- Time-Management
- Detail-Oriented
- Confident and Presentable
- Maintains Confidentiality
- Team Management

**Essential Requirement**
- Early joiners would be preferred

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
