**Role Overview**
At Zevo, we are a global leader in supporting the psychological health of content moderators and Trust & Safety professionals. With the continued growth of online content, the demand for our services is increasing rapidly. We are expanding our network of clinical affiliates and are seeking a qualified Mental Health Counselor to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Mental Health Counselor who wants to substitute their private practice or other work with additional flexible hours while gaining knowledge of the rapidly growing Trust & Safety industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide digital therapeutic support via video on our secure Digital Platform.
- Conduct one-to-one and group therapy sessions on client sites.
- Use evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Assess trauma cases, evaluate risks, and implement safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Program Lead to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Deliver group sessions designed to build resilience and enhance coping skills for client teams.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Master's degree in the field of Psychology or equivalent.
- Active License Issued by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP) or Counselling Association of India.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in individual and group interventions. Experience in a corporate environment is an advantage.
- Additional clinical education related to short-term, solution-focused interventions.
- Certified in suicide risk assessment, such as SafeTALK or ASIST, ensuring the ability to effectively identify and manage clients at risk.
- Complete CPD training in alignment with governing body requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various video conferencing technologies.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
