**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our B2B lead generation efforts. This role offers a great opportunity to kickstart a career in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT services space. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, using modern tools to identify, qualify, and nurture leads while gaining hands-on experience in the full sales lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in lead generation using platforms such as Sales Navigator
- Expected to meet lead generation and outreach targets consistently
- Support the pre-sales team with client research and outreach strategies
- Update and maintain records in CRM tools like Zoho and CPM
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and sales pitches for client meetings
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive lead conversion
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to the sales manager

**Tools & Platform Required**:

- Sales Navigator
- Zoho CRM
- CPM Tools
- **Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a professional approach to corporate outreach.
- They should possess strong research and organizational abilities to effectively support lead generation and outreach activities.
- Being self-motivated and goal-oriented with a genuine interest in B2B sales and business development is essential.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for prospecting will be highly valued.
- Additionally, a basic understanding of IT services, staffing solutions, and B2B sales processes will be considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in online tools and Excel.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a high-paced IT environment.
