**Position Summary**:
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Design, develop, and implement data solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead architecture review sessions and cross-functional requirements gathering sessions to understand the needs of the business and make recommendations for solution design.
- Develop and maintain data warehousing architecture standards, automation, guidelines, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of data warehousing systems and identify and implement performance optimization opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the data warehousing space and recommend ways to incorporate them into existing solutions.
- Oversee our Snowflake environment's schema management, security, resource allocation, and compliance processes.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Talend and Fivetran.
- 3+ years of experience in data warehousing architecture and design.
- Experience in designing data warehouse schemas.
- Familiarity with data warehousing tools such as Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
