A leading e-commerce brand, is offering a **Paid Digital Marketing Internship** for a duration of **3 months**. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing, working on live campaigns and gaining valuable skills that will help you launch your career.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant ad networks.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on competitors, audience behavior, and trends to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Help prepare reports based on key performance metrics.
- **Ad Copywriting**: Write compelling ad copy for paid campaigns, ensuring the messaging aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
- **A/B Testing**: Assist in A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in learning and growing within the digital marketing field.
