- Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify and adopt emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
- Ensure scalability, innovation, and digital transformation.

2. **Product & Platform Development**
- Oversee design, development, and delivery of technology products/platforms.
- Ensure timely release cycles with high quality and performance.
- Drive user-focused product innovation and improvements.

3. **Team Leadership & Management**
- Build and lead high-performing engineering and IT teams.
- Mentor, coach, and retain top technical talent.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

4. **Technology Operations & Infrastructure**
- Ensure IT systems, networks, and platforms are secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Oversee cloud, DevOps, data management, and infrastructure optimization.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

5. **Cybersecurity & Compliance**
- Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO, SOC).
- Proactively address risks and vulnerabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
