**Job Overview**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with clients/buyers for order requirements and approvals.
- Manage end-to-end execution of **bulk orders** - from sampling to production to final dispatch.
- Liaise with **vendors, suppliers, and internal teams** to ensure smooth production flow.
- Track production status and ensure timelines are strictly followed.
- Maintain and update order sheets, follow-up reports, and shipment schedules.
- Perform quality checks and coordinate with the QC team to meet client expectations.
- Handle any order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate for packaging, labelling, and logistics for timely deliveries.
- Stay updated with current market trends, fabric options, and cost-effective sourcing.
- Maintain records of inventory, raw materials, and finished goods.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **merchandising (especially in bulk orders/garment/têxtile/home furnishing industry)**.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and production processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
