**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Masters/bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure administration.
- Expertise in managing and configuring Azure resources (VMs, networks, storage, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, security, and compliance management.
- Experience with monitoring tools and Azure cost management.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI), and ARM templates.
- Experience in implementing security policies, RBAC, and network security.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Certification: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or other relevant Azure certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge in ISMS (ISO 27001 Framework)/AWS/Intune is advantages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, networks, storage accounts,and other cloud resources.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage identity and access management solutions.
- Handle backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and resources.

**Team Handling**:

- Lead a team of junior administrators and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
- Allocate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient handling of workloads.

**Client Handling**:

- Should have experience in Client Handling.

**Training & Development**:

- Train and mentor team members on Azure best practices, new tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team.

**Location Flexibility**:
Be prepared to travel and work from branch office as per project requirements.
