3)Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
4)Maintain accurate inventory records and restock items as necessary
5)Keep the sales area clean, organized and visually appealing
6)Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues
7)Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets and goals
8)Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 0-1 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Basic knowledge of bikes and bike parts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Proficiency in using a point of sale system
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
