- Provide clear and concise briefs to content creators, outlining expectations, deadlines, and any necessary guidelines or style preferences.
- Review and edit submitted content for accuracy, clarity, style, and adherence to the publication's editorial standards.
- Collaborate closely with content creators throughout the production process, offering feedback, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.

**Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with agencies and companies, fostering a network of talented individuals who can deliver engaging and informative content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as editors, designers, and marketers, to ensure a smooth and timely production process.

**Content Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor the performance of commissioned content, using analytics tools and metrics to assess readership engagement, audience reach, and impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Strong editorial judgment and ability to evaluate content for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a firm grasp of grammar, style, and tone.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital publishing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of current affairs, industry trends, and ethical considerations in journalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with freelancers and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing media landscape.
