Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) to help management understand financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and provide support for strategic decision-making initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of internal management reports and presentations, summarizing financial results and key findings for executive leadership.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of accruals and adjusting entries.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and accounting standards to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, as assigned by management.
**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
