**Summary**:
The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for customers, providing information, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information about products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant certifications may be preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Sales experience or aptitude.
- Knowledge of specific industry or products.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is typically a full-time position, with occasional overtime or weekend work.

Pay: ₹10,185.36 - ₹11,005.34 per month
