**Position Overview**:
Synthetico.ai seeks a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer at Synthetico.ai, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our company and products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality design materials that align with our brand and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Visual Branding: Develop and maintain a solid and consistent visual identity for Synthetico.ai, ensuring that all design materials adhere to brand guidelines.

2. Social Media Management: creating and curating content, managing online communities, and executing marketing strategies to increase a brand's online presence and engagement on social media platforms.

3. UI/UX Design: Collaborate with the product development team to design user interfaces and user experiences that are intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.

4. Content Creation: Produce compelling visual content, including infographics, Logos, illustrations, icons, and animations, to enhance the visual storytelling of our products and services.

5. Marketing Collateral: Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

6. Video Graphics: Create motion graphics and visual elements for video content, including After Effects, Illustrator and Adobe Character Animation to enhance video marketing efforts.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to ensure design assets meet project goals and timelines.

8. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to continually improve design quality and innovation.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Understanding of user interface design principles and experience in UI/UX design is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take creative direction and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality design assets on time.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
