**Job Title: Customer Renewal Executive (Work from Home)**

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Renewal Executives for a work-from-home position. No prior experience or English-speaking skills are required, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Engage with existing customers to facilitate renewals.
Provide assistance and information regarding renewal processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
