**Reports To**: Operating Room Supervisor

**Experience**:Minimum experience required 1yr

**Summary**:
The Cardiac OT Staff Technician & Nurse is responsible for providing care to patients in the operating room during cardiac surgery. This includes preparing the operating room, assisting the surgeon and circulating nurse, and monitoring the patient's vital signs. The Cardiac OT Staff Technician or Nurse must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in the operating room.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operating room for surgery, including setting up the equipment and instruments, and draping the patient.
- Assist the surgeon and circulating nurse during surgery, including passing instruments, suctioning the surgical field, and monitoring the patient's vital signs.
- Monitor the patient's vital signs and report any changes to the surgeon or circulating nurse.
- Administer medications as ordered by the surgeon.
- Clean and sterilize the operating room after surgery.
- Maintain the inventory of supplies and equipment in the operating room.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,415.41 - ₹30,768.25 per month
