As a Graphic Designer Trainer at DSSD Institute, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of graphic design professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to impart your knowledge and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, to our eager and aspiring students. Your creativity, technical proficiency, and teaching skills will be vital in helping students develop the skills necessary to excel in the world of graphic design.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**: Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, tutorials, and assignments, to ensure that the curriculum remains current and aligned with industry standards.

**Instruction**: Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions to students, covering a wide range of graphic design topics.

**Mentoring**: Provide one-on-one guidance and feedback to students, helping them develop their design skills, portfolio, and problem-solving abilities.

**Software Proficiency**: Teach students how to effectively use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, demonstrating advanced techniques and best practices.

**Project Management**: Supervise and assist students in executing real-world design projects, fostering their ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.

**Stay Current**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry advancements to ensure students receive the most relevant and up-to-date training.

**Assessment and Evaluation**: Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
- Teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
