Extruder Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate **extrusion machines** for silicone tube production
- Load silicone materials into the extruder and monitor the extrusion process
- Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, pressure) to maintain product specifications
- Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Identify and troubleshoot any process issues or material inconsistencies
- Clean and maintain extrusion equipment, dies, and tools
- Document production data, shift logs, and quality reports accurately
- Adhere to safety protocols, especially when handling high-temperature machinery and materials
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as needed
- Ensure that all products meet the required dimensional and surface finish standards

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Extruder Operator, preferably in **silicone tube manufacturing**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Processing, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of extrusion principles, material flow, and die design
- Experience working in a **cleanroom or controlled environment** is an added advantage

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,333.93 - ₹15,000.00 per month
