**Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation & Management**
- Research and write articles, posts, or captions tailored to target audiences.
- Help design basic graphics or visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

**2. Social Media Management**
- Schedule and publish posts across various social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor social media activity and engage with followers to boost brand presence.
- Analyze social media performance and provide insights or suggestions for improvement.

**3. SEO and Website Support**
- Assist in optimizing website content using SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Help update website content and monitor its performance through Google Analytics.

**4. Campaign Assistance**
- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports for the marketing team.
- Collaborate on brainstorming and developing ideas for digital campaigns.

**6. Research & Analysis**
- Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and digital trends.
- Track and report on competitors’ activities in the digital space.
- Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements for ongoing projects.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in digital marketing (freelance, academic, or internships) is a plus but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
