Fleet Incharge

Job Description:

- Majorly responsible for fleet maintenance for its 24/7 availability and reduction of cost of maintenance.
- To plan and accomplish goals of department and distribute and direct the work of fleet staff.
- Develops and implements vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance programs.
- Preparation of fleet department budgets.
- Develops and maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships.
- To review off road status daily and improve uptime of the state by keeping down time below.
- Responsible for bench marking KMPL of vehicle in the state and achieving it.
- Responsible for 100% Schedule Servicing adherence of Fleet.
- Ensuring Optimum Tyre & Battery Life.
- Review Accident vehicles on daily basis and initiate suitable action for recovery of vehicle.
- To ensure all fitness renewals are tracker and done in stipulated time line.
- Preparation of Standard operating processes for all the fleet items in consultation with the National HO basing on the Local conditions and implementation.
- Responsible for review of the performance of the zonal workshops and service vans.
- Tracking contractual obligations of Vendors.
- To identify contractual deviations of Vendors.

**Desired Profile**
- Any degree with good experience in managing large fleets preferably bulkers and trucks.
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of vehicles wear and tear and fuel management
- Should have good experience in GPS management
- Should be willing to travel.
- Task oriented, Innovative and good in managing multiple projects

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

- Raigarh, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Diesel managment: 2 years (required)
- battery management: 2 years (required)
- Driver management: 2 years (required)
- Trips: 2 years (required)
- Fleet management: 2 years (required)
- FLYASH loading fleet: 2 years (required)
- Hywa or Truck or Bulkers handling: 4 years (required)
- Power Plant: 3 years (required)
