Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily school operations in the absence of the Principal.
- Manage school schedules, including class schedules, teacher assignments, and extracurricular activities.
- Assist in preparing and managing the school budget.
- Support the Principal in curriculum development and implementation.
- Coordinate professional development programs for teachers and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate instructional practices, providing feedback and support to improve teaching effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of instructional programs to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Oversee student disciplinary procedures and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Implement programs to support student well-being, including counseling and extracurricular activities.
- Address student behavioral issues in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
- Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Address staff concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Serve as a liaison between the school and the community, promoting positive relationships with parents, local businesses, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing concerns and providing updates on school activities and student progress.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
- Stay updated with educational trends, developments, and best practices to enhance school performance.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
