We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement. Your expertise in SEO, and performance marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, as well as your proficiency in utilizing social media and content creation, will be instrumental in achieving our digital marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic search performance.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engage the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate insightful reports and provide recommendations for future marketing strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient allocation across different digital marketing channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, and performance marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms for business purposes and demonstrated content creation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Certifications in relevant digital marketing areas would be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
