**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and engage students in the learning process.
- **Assessment**:

- Design and implement assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback and support for student improvement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
- Manage student behavior effectively to foster a conducive learning atmosphere.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in commerce education and integrate relevant content into lessons.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide academic support and guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs.
- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities related to commerce.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and school administration regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to school initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
