**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour at all times to create a positive first impression.
- Respond to guest inquiries about the menu, services, or any special requests.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Monitor dining room flow and manage wait times effectively.
- Handle phone calls for reservations or takeout orders when required.
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean and organized.

**Qualifications**
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus but not mandatory.
