Pressure Instruments (transmitter, gauges, and Switch), temperature instruments (transmitter, gauges, and Switch) and Level Instruments (gauges, DP/Radar transmitter, switch) diagnosis for any defect, maintenance / servicing, repairing, setting & calibration DCS / PLC control, HMI, I/O cards, Power supply, Barriers etc diagnosis for any defect, maintenance. Pneumatic / power actuator defect diagnosis, adjustment, maintenance Bulk storage Tank Level control panels diagnosis for any defect, maintenance / servicing, and repairing. Pressure / temperature Safety relief valve calibration, servicing and repairing. Bursting Disc, tank breather valve servicing and repairing Control panel of air compressor, steam generator diagnosis for any defect, maintenance, servicing and repairing Water & Nitrogen Rotameters maintenance / servicing and adjustment Micromotion (a portable skid with Coriolis mass flowmeter & controller for material filling) diagnosis for any defect, maintenance, servicing repairing and setting /calibration / adjustment. Water flowmeters (Smith PD type, Magnetic, Mass flow etc) diagnosis for any defect, maintenance / servicing, repairing and setting / adjustment. Reactor control panel, DCS (Honeywell hybrid controller with other parts) diagnosis for any defect, maintenance / servicing, repairing. ETP monitoring system maintenance / servicing Fire hydrant pump battery charging control panel diagnosis for any defect, maintenance / servicing, repairing. Instrument control cards, power supply cards etc diagnosis, repairing and servicing Flow control valves, I/ P converter etc diagnosis for any defect, maintenance / servicing, repairing. Microprocessor based control system diagnosis for any defect, maintenance / servicing, repairing. Calibration and maintenance of mechanical and electronic weighing scales. Knowledge on TPM, AM & PM implementation at plant, personal safety, and chemical safety. Operation of Steam generators, DG set, Electrical drives, Electrical circuit breaker, air compressor etc. at plant. Electrical knowledge & 440 Volt electrical license holder preferable. Rotational shifting duty to be performed
