**_ The Opportunity:_**
- Good Knowledge and understanding on Azure Environments, managing Exchange Online, Teams administration and other O365 services.
- Good Knowledge and understanding of Conference room Management, integrating products/services with room management to provide great end user experience.
- Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services and supporting integrations with other room and workspace reservation/management systems such as iOffice, MS Places etc.
- Coordination with cross functional teams on deploying the room management solutions and creating workflow to streamline the process in service now.
- Architect in Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments
- Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE.
- Mail routing/ management, configuration of SMTP connectors.
- Familiar with ITSM processes, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management etc.
- Working with Client Stakeholders on strategy and vision
- Meeting regularly with Clients and attend Client meetings and engaging Executive Management
- Solid experience in support management roles is preferred
- Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role
- An excellent reputation for support to end-users and executing the projects.
- Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
- Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments
- Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
