**Responsibilities**:
Develop Creative Lesson Plans: Design and implement creative and interactive lesson plans that align with the curriculum, encourage active participation, and stimulate students' imagination and curiosity.

Engage Students Actively: Utilize dynamic teaching techniques, multimedia tools, hands-on activities, and group discussions to keep students engaged and motivated during lessons.

Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, providing support and challenges to meet the individual needs of each student.

Foster Critical Thinking: Encourage students to think critically, analyze information, and ask thought-provoking questions to develop their problem-solving skills.

Facilitate Collaborative Learning: Organize and oversee group projects and activities that promote teamwork, communication, and cooperation among students.

Cultivate a Positive Learning Environment: Build strong and positive relationships with students to create a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and respected.

Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer timely and constructive feedback on students' performance, providing guidance for improvement and celebrating their achievements.

Embrace Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and teaching methods, integrating innovative approaches into the curriculum.

Inspire Lifelong Learning: Serve as a role model for curiosity, enthusiasm, and a love for learning, inspiring students to become lifelong learners beyond the classroom.

Address Emotional Needs: Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence in addressing the emotional needs of students, fostering a positive and caring learning environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification/license as required by the state or country.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering engaging and creative lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with students and establish a positive rapport.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into the teaching process.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
