We are currently seeking an individual of exemplary dedication and meticulous attention to detail to assume the role of Office Assistant within our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Produce and refine documents, reports, and presentations utilizing MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate expertise in formatting to ensure consistency and excellence across all produced materials.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including notes and related materials.
- Interpret and implement formatting standards across various documents and presentations.
- Create visually compelling infographics to augment information dissemination.
- Maintain a stringent focus on precision and detail in all assigned tasks.
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in a relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Fundamental grasp of note-taking, PowerPoint creation, formatting principles, and infographic design.
- Strong organizational abilities and adept time management skills.
- Capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated dedication and commitment to assigned responsibilities.
Contractual Terms:
This position entails a contractual arrangement with the possibility of extension contingent upon performance. The initial contract duration spans a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for extension up to 12 months.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
