**SITE SUPERVISOR (Location: Kochi)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee day to day operations of the Site**:

- **Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.**:

- **To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others**:

- **Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance**:

- **Set project goals and oversee projects to completion**:

- **Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries**:

- **Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects**:

- **Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.**:

- **Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.**:

- **Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.**:

- **Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is added advantage**:

- **Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.**

**Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering.**

**Only 1 Year of Experience required in the Residential Interior/Construction Industry.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
