Responsible of Supplier Weekly planning - global coverage; Support for all plants on components planning process. Leading within the SC the supplier crisis management. Responsible for maintaining planning parameters in accordance with global replenishment, plant and inventory strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Supply planning- Responsible of Supplier Weekly planning process on the specific suppliers portfolio.
- Support for all plants on components planning process
- Maintains the planning parameters in accordance with global replenishment rules, plant and inventory strategies
- Drives continous improvements on planning process in order to reduce ETECT and inventory.
- Coordinates with team analyzing RCCP short term on monthly basis checking if supplier capacity is in line with actual shipments from suppliers
- Supports and works HLRR / VE initiatives with Supply Base
- Supports NPI projects - checking on weekly basis new parts schedules and pipelines
- Supplier crisis management- Escalate any supplier issue to the next levels according to escalation matrix, prepare escalation files and follows action plans in order to solve the issue and to reduce the impact;
- Leading within the SC the supplier crisis management - red alerts follow up
- Works with the plants in order to avoid Premium Cost related to the managed suppliers performance
- Visits suppliers on monthly / quarterly basis or as part of taskforce in case of supplier crisis
- Supplier development- Supports supplier logistic development in the region and support negotiating and signing logistic protocols with suppliers
- Following and driving actions to improve Supplier OTTR metric of suppliers portfolio
- Support for the supplier SIOP implementation and deployment
- Offers input for the supplier scorecard, weekly updates and follow up

Education : Bachelor degree in engineering or economics

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years working experience with MRP, SAP (MM) or ERP systems
- Minimum 3 years supply chain experience - supply planning, production planning, SIOP

Key Skill:

- Strong and Effective communicator at multi-levels of organization (Verbal and written) - Can adapt to the audience and be precise, accurate and timely
- Strong team player and able to work in a matrixed environment
- Customer focus and capacity to take decisions
- Responsible to deliver on commitments and to meet targets and deadlines
- Organized and pays attention to details
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Fluent in English. 2nd foreign language will be an advantage
- Clear ability to problem solve at multi levels and be able to provide solutions through the team or at an individual level
- Results driven - Clear eye on the goal and able to be creative to deliver what is needed on time
