**Job profile**: Purchase Executive (Must be from a real-estate background)

**Job Location**: Kolkata, **Work mode**: Full time

**Experience**: 1-year minimum (GRN work knowledge should have)
- Responsible for sourcing material at competitive price ensuring timely availability.
- Ensure smooth and timely supplies to project, operation and administration at the best price to enable timely delivery of output by the respective departments.
- Coordination with the concerned departments and project heads to understand the annual requirement.
- Preparation of time chart of procurement in coordination with every departmental heads.
- To call for rates from various vendors based on the above and if possible freeze rates through negotiation.
- Monitoring the time chart monthly basis.
- Preparation of monthly fund requirement based on the time chart and lead time of delivery.
- Scrutinizing the Indents submitted by various departments.
- Issue tender/call for quotation from various vendors/order to the vendors at the freeze rate as above.
- Negotiation for price and terms.
- Recommendation and getting approval for procurement.
- Issue of purchase order.
- Ensuring timely delivery of the material and follow up delivery.

**- Getting the quality and quantity check after arrival before GRN.**
- Ensuring timely payment of vendors as per P.O. Terms to avoid interest on delay payments and better rate for future procurement.
- To maintain a proper record of stock both at central store and site stores. - To maintain a healthy relation with vendor for urgent delivery.
- To ensure a proper credit cycle to enhance a better fund management.
- Always follow the practice of development of vendors and new brands/product line
- Excellent negotiation skills and must be technically savvy with sound knowledge of commercials. Basically a Techno - Commercial person.
- Should have knowledge of ERP modules. - Preparing various reports / MIS in excel.
